Jim Bennetts started his custom home design business in 1986. During the past 22 years, Jim has created designs and plans for nearly 4000 homes, including vacation homes, retirement homes, starter homes, custom homes, multi-family residential buildings, offices, warehousing, hotels, motels—the possibilities are endless!.
Jim Bennetts can create your plan's using CAD (computer aided design) programs. With quick turn around times, Jim can meet your deadlines. He can also refer a builder or work with the builder of your choice, to fulfill your dreams and ideas. Jim will meet with you in his office, on site or in your home at your convenience. Jim stays up to date on new building codes and new materials to create the best product available at an affordable price.
Also, Jim works under the direct supervision of Gary Holcombe P.E. of Elmer's Construction Engineering for the preparation of commercial project plans. Together, they have designed many commercial projects such as warehousing, multi-family residential, office buildings, hotels and restaurants.
