Q: What information do I need before hiring a designer?
A. A Budget number, a list of rooms you would like incorporated into the home, the number of stories, and a feel for the exterior style.
Q: What is the cost for having a custom home design?

Q: How long does this process take?
A. From the time I'm hired, typically within 2 weeks you will see your first preliminary design. From there it could take an additional month or so, of working out modifications, to get the design where you want it.
Q: I have an existing house, and I would like to add on - or should I sell, and buy something different?
A. I will come out to your site and give you my professional opinion & work through the decisions with you.
Q: How do we arrange payment?
A. I accept Visa, Mastercard, or a personal check. Once we have been in contact, I will quote a price & a deposit of 50% is required for an upfront fee. Once your drawings are complete, I will contact you and the final payment will be due. Once the balance is paid, the drawings will be released to you.
